The Office of Academic Advisement & Retention is providing a variety of delivery models for academic advising to ensure we are able to meet the needs of all students. Our staff is working on campus and can meet with students face to face or virtually. Below are details that outline how you can meet with an advisor. This page will be updated regularly, so please continue to check for updates.
Advising Appointments Students who want to meet with their advisor should continue to schedule an appointment as normal. You can
make an appointment with your advisor by clicking here. Advisors are continuously monitoring their email and their appointments. Students will be able to select an in-person appointment or a phonecall appointment when scheduling. Face to face appointments are currently limited to
only the student being able to meet with the advisor. If you wanted additional people (parents/guardian, spouse, etc.) to attend the appointment we then encourage you to select a phone appointment when you schedule.
Express Advising Express Advising is a service designed for students who have quick questions such as information about our programs or courses, signatures for withdrawal forms, or change of majors. Express advising is
not designed for 30 minute sessions like you would have by making an appointment with your academic advisor. Express Advisors are unable to assist with FASFA (financial aid) related questions or questions about your bill. Please contact the financial aid office or the business office for these types of questions. Express Advising is available in person by coming to the lobby area of the Student Services Building or virtually by clicking the link below. To get in line to see an Express Advisor and receive immediate assistance, please visit,

PIN Numbers If you are a student who requires a PIN number you
must meet with an advisor either by making an appoitment, or meeting with an advisor in Express Advising.
